To ensure the safety of our guests, staff and artists, Roundabout Theatre Company will be implementing the following policies in compliance with all requirements from the CDC and the State of New York.
Please note that these policies are based on the most current safety protocols and are subject to change, and this website will be updated as information changes.

Arrivals and check-in: Guests will be assigned staggered arrival times starting at 5:30 PM. Assigned arrival times will be shared with your pre-trip instructions closer to the event. Roundabout will be implementing contactless check-in, including sharing table assignments electronically. All handled materials will be kept to a minimum and will be electronic wherever possible.

Face Coverings: Guests must wear face coverings at all times except when seated at their table and eating and drinking. All guests will be provided with a custom Roundabout Theatre Company face mask.

Social Distancing: Guests must maintain 6 feet of distance from others outside of their party. Tables will be placed 6 feet apart. The first row of tables will be 12 feet away from the stage and any wood wind instruments. Staff will make every reasonable effort to distance themselves from guests and limit interaction within less than 6 feet to as brief as possible.

Seating: Guests at individual tables will only be seated with guests from their party. Guests must stay at their respective tables unless going to the restroom or leaving the event.

Testing/Vaccination: All guests and staff must show proof of vaccination or proof of negative PCR COVID-19 test within 72 hours of the event through the CLEAR app, Excelsior Pass, or presenting a copy of proof of vaccination or negative test result at arrival. Detailed instructions will be shared with guests.

Contact Tracing: All guests will be required to share their name, date of birth, phone number, email address or address in advance of the event for use in potential contact tracing efforts.

Temperature Checks: All guests and staff will have their temperature checked before entering the event with a contactless thermometer. Patrons with a temperature greater than or equal to 100.4°F will be denied entry to the event.
